Will founded 804Mortgage in 2019 after 20 years as a mortgage underwriter — the person on the lender side who actually approves loans. That background gives him insight most loan officers simply don’t have. He built 804Mortgage because he believed the mortgage process could be faster, more transparent, and better aligned with clients’ real financial interests. Will is also a Marine veteran who understands the VA loan program from personal experience and lives in Church Hill with his wife and two kids. He is a proud member of the Richmond Rotary Club.
