Because of this relationship, the owners of these businesses may receive a financial or other benefit from the affiliated business arrangement. However, you are NOT required to use both companies. You are free to shop for services and to use any mortgage lender or real estate brokerage you choose.

Clients who work with 804Mortgage Home Sales Team may be eligible for a promotional real-estate credit, funded solely from the real-estate commission paid by the seller. This credit is available regardless of which mortgage lender you use. If you choose to work with 804Mortgage as well, you may experience improved communication and coordination between teams, but mortgage terms and real-estate credits are never conditioned on using both companies together.

Example: On a $400,000 home purchase where the seller pays a 3% buyer-agent commission ($12,000), the buyer may be eligible for a credit of up to $6,000 (50% of the buyer-agent commission). This credit may be applied toward allowable closing costs, subject to lender approval and applicable limits, and will appear on the Closing Disclosure. Credits cannot be received as cash.
