Yes. The credit comes from the buyer-agent commission earned by our in-house agents. You’re free to use any agent, but the credit only applies when you use 804 Home Sales Team.
How much money back will I actually get?+
On a $400,000 home with a 3% buyer-agent commission, you’d receive approximately $6,000 back at closing. The exact amount depends on the commission offered by the seller.
Can the credit be used for anything?+
It applies to allowable closing costs first. Any remaining amount can be used to buy down your interest rate. It cannot be received as cash.
What credit score do I need?+
FHA: 580+. Conventional: 620+. VA loans: no VA minimum, lenders typically look for 580–620. We’ll match you with the right program.
What if I already have an agent?+
No problem — we’ll handle the mortgage side. The Bundle & Save credit only applies when using our agents, but we work with buyers represented by any licensed REALTOR®.
