We are so thankful to have found Will! Our home buying process was long and arduous, with the exception of 804 Mortgage! It took us over 3 months to close due to issues with our seller. With very little notice that we would even be closing, we were stuck at an old locked in and very unfavorable interest rate with a different company. We contacted Will and he fixed everything for us. We ended up with a much lower rate and he was able to get everything together so lightning fast, we didnt even delay our closing by switching to him. His positive attitude and attention to detail set him apart. He invests himself in what a huge deal buying a house is and wants the best for his clients. As first time home buyers, its easy to feel taken advantage of in this industry. However, Will stands out by making sure you understand the it's and outside of the process and do not get stuck in a bad situation. My husband and I were blindly moving to a different state with our five children. With a career change we weren't sure if we'd get approved for a loan and Will made it happen.
